Forwarding is here
Send an inbox's mail on to Gmail, Outlook or any mailbox you already use, inbox by inbox, and keep a copy here or not.
Some mail is easier to read where the rest of your mail already is. Now any inbox can forward what it gets to another mailbox, while its address stays a Clova address, locked to the senders it was locked to.
How it works
- You choose, inbox by inbox. Add a forwarding address in Settings, under Forwarding, then set the inboxes that should use it, each in its own settings.
- The other mailbox says yes first. Clova sends it a link, and nothing is forwarded there until the link is opened, within an hour.
- A copy can stay here, or not. On by default, so your mail is still in search here. Turn it off, and only mail that couldn't be forwarded stays.
- Every plan has it. Free forwards to one address, Pro to ten, Business to as many as you like.
Forward an inbox, step by step
What's forwarded, and what isn't
A message goes on as it arrived: the same sender, subject and words. Clova forwards only mail its sender signed, since the other mailbox would otherwise have no way to tell it from a forgery, and keeps the rest here with a note saying why. Mail in your spam folder, and mail from senders you've blocked, is never forwarded.
If the other mailbox refuses what's forwarded to it, forwarding there pauses, Clova tells you, and your mail stays here until you resume it.
